Join our international team at the Postcode Lottery Group in the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, the UK and Sweden We are seeking a Senior Developer for our Sales Journey Team. In this role, you will focus on our Checkout Process, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing to enhance our online shop. You will work closely with a dedicated SCRUM team and collaborate with two other development teams (Core, Loyalty and Brand) to execute the technical vision and improvements of our sales journey. Your mission Develop and implement strategies for CRO and A/B testing to optimize the online sales journey. Work on improving the online shop using modern technologies such as React (NextJS), TypeScript, Tailwind, and SCSS. Utilize Storyblok for content management and ensure a seamless user experience. Contribute to the management of the monorepo, ensuring efficient code sharing and reuse across projects. Leverage AWS services (Lambda, CloudFront, CloudWatch, DynamoDB) and Terraform for scalable and reliable deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and SCRUM events. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our tech stack and processes. Work with our Quality Engineers to improve a rock-solid, deluge-withstanding sales platform. Your profile Proven experience as a Senior Developer or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and SCSS. Know your way around Gitlab CI/CD or similar systems. Experience with Storyblok or similar content management systems. Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, CloudFront, DynamoDB) and Terraform. Experience working with monorepos. Solid understanding of SCRUM methodologies and Agile practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Some German is a big plus as other departments primarily speak German. Ability to work partially remote with the option for full-time office presence in Düsseldorf.
