1. Support international projects with strategic relevance our customers in all project phases from initialization to go-live
2. Help our team in topics around customer loyalty and experience, reservations and information management
3. Support and prepare data analyses and data pipelines
4. Assist in building up and organizing the newly formed Customer Data Delivery team
5. Aid project cost controlling, cost center monitoring and clarification
6. Compile and process project results and documentation
7. Support reporting and communication
To complete an internship at our company, you must meet the following requirements:
8. Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
9. Experience with MS Office, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
10. First experience with databases and handling large amounts of data ("Big Data"), SQL knowledge is an advantage
11. First experience with BI Tools, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.
12. The ability to work in a structured manner and bring a customer-oriented mindset
13. Ability to present complicated relationships in a simple and clear manner
