Role Responsibilities

* Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch new products.
* Prepare detailed business plans, financial models, and feasibility studies to support product development initiatives.
* Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
* Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build a robust network.
Role Requirements
* Proven experience in business and product development within the real estate or infrastructure sectors.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
* Demonstrated project management abilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.
* Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
