Job Highlights
* Take ownership of the Customer Service (CS) in the EMEA region enabling a customer-oriented and efficient way of working for our Business Unit Inorganic Pigments
* Lead a large international team incl. team leads and their sub teams for Customer Care and Order Management
* Take full responsibility of your KPIs and manage daily challenges with your team
* Be a role model and encourage your team to go a step further
* Analyze, challenge and optimize the Order-to-Cash processes
* Share best practices across regions and Business Units
* Manage interfaces with our partners in Sales, Logistic and Marketing independently
* Represent the CS in Excellence Initiatives on Corporate level
* Be part of the Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) extended leadership team
Requirements
* Master degree or similar degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
* Several years of relevant business experience
* Experience in managing teams is a plus
* Excellent IT and process affinity
* Strong Knowledge of SAP and SCM tools
* Business fluent in English and German
* Excellent communication skills across our stakeholder landscape
* Ability to travel domestically and at times internationally
