Description The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and expanding the Duracell Brand on Amazon DE and Expansion Markets (EM) and in Ecommerce DE/AT overall. This includes execution of the EU Go-to-Market strategy and daily collaboration with the internal and external Amazon & multifunctional team to meet business goals. Responsibilities Execute the Amazon EU Go-to-Market (G2M) for Amazon DE/EM, in coherence with the DACH Retail G2M Be the key contact to Amazon Vendor Manager for DE/EM, managing day to day business, including platform availability, sell-out forecasting, promotion planning. Be the team’s expert on Amazon Business Model, tools and key business drivers. Constantly analyze the business on weekly sell out, monthly forecast accuracy, promo and pricing developments, campaign analysis, competitive activities. Own local customer P&L including topline and bottom-line responsibility Provide regular strategy updates & written communication to Senior Management Support in customer negotiations Seamlessly collaborate with EU Amazon team and multifunctional stakeholders Holistically develop Ecommerce business outside of Amazon, using online expertise Qualifications Master degree in a business or related field First experience in corporate Sales or Marketing environment Business English on C1 level (strong verbal and written communication) Strong analytical skills and passion for numbers and Excel Highly self-motivation and passion for learning Well-developed communication, networking and writing skills Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude Goal-oriented, organized team player, able to work in complex matrix organizations
