Your contribution: You support our CEO with strategic and conceptual task, ensuring maximum efficiency in administrative processes. With a precise and analytical approach, you prepare comprehensive evaluations, minutes, presentations, as well as management and decision-making documents. You prepare Board meetings and other committee sessions at the highest professional level, both before and after the meetings. You support both internal and external business appointments competently and professionally, displaying a confident demeanour at all times. You fully engage in planning and managing cross-departmental special projects and actively assist in the operational implementation of strategic initiatives. What you bring: Several years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, strategy development, and business development, ideally in the context of leading technology companies Additionally, you have solid experience in supporting executive board or management levels and possess a deep understanding of corporate strategies and operational processes. Excellent academic degree, preferably from a renowned university, in economics, industrial engineering, or business informatics. Degree in law, mathematics, or physics with relevant focuses on business are also welcome. A doctoral degree is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office applications and willingness to learn tools such as SAP, JIRA, Concur, Confluence, and Workday. Excellent German and English language skills, additional language skills, are an advantage. A high level of commitment and resilience, a pronounces analytical mindset, as well as absolute discretion and reliability.
