About your team The team acts as an interface between specialised business departments and Technology. It supports the specialist departments, translates requirements for IT applications, and provides them to the software service provider. Additionally, it is responsible for configuring the core software framework. The main focus of the role is the analysis, optimization, and automation of various types of business and process workflows. The team colaborates with almost all teams in FFB, it covers a broad and diverse range of tasks. This also includes working on projects as well as general issues in the daily business operations. About your role You will be part of a team of business analysts for the bank´s backend application. As part of this, you will analyze and optimize processes and work together with the specialist departments on the further development of the bank. You will be involved in the creation of concepts and requirements, will prepare service descriptions and offers and support test acceptance. In addition you will help with daily problems and questions from the specialist departments. You will also provide support in our TPA-business and help with TPA-clients enquiries/ projects.
