Our Business Development Team of our Pharma Business Unit is looking for a new Market Intelligence Manager (m/f/d) .
Your tasks:
1. Conduct data analysis based on global market data (IQVIA), secondary data (e.g., global data, desk research), and primary market research with support.
2. Evaluate and identify new ideas to fill the HELM pipeline via database searches and external events.
3. Assist in structuring and resetting the pipeline based on value, profitability, and risk.
4. Maintain and further develop the MI platform according to needs.
5. Support the development of business cases and market-based forecasts for cost-benefit assessments, including: Identifying and considering analogues to understand potential dynamics and the competitive environment. Understanding market trends by examining reference market development, market share assumptions, indications, and price drops to suggest target values for business cases in their early stages.
6. Identify the most promising business models for each case, such as direct marketing, agency or NSP models, profit-sharing models, or margin splits.
7. Present analytical results, insights, and business cases based on a clear storyline to support decision-making.
8. Develop a deeper understanding of reimbursement, tenders, and market access requirements.
9. Monitor competition and market dynamics to support development projects.
Your profile:
10. You should possess a University Degree in Business, Finance, or Life Sciences.
11. To be considered, you need to have 3-5 years of function-specific expertise relevant to the role.
12. Excellent communication skills across various cultures are essential for having success in this position.
13. You must have strong presentation skills to effectively convey information and insights.
14. Demonstrating excellent analytical skills is a key requirement.
15. Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
16. It is highly desirable that you have experience with IQVIA.
17. Proficiency in Microstrategy or equivalent BI software is necessary for this role. Furthermore knowledge of Cortellis will be advantageous.
