We are on the lookout for a Group Product Manager, Ads Effectiveness to join the AdTech team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As Group Product Manager, Ads Effectiveness, you will own the strategy and execution of products that maximize advertiser ROI and drive increased ad spend. You will lead a team to develop advanced measurement frameworks and create tools that help advertisers understand and scale their investments. By leveraging data science, experimentation, and predictive analytics, you will improve attribution, incrementality, and overall ad performance—ultimately fueling revenue growth for both advertisers and the business.

2. Lead a team of seasoned product managers on your mission to build an industry-leading first-party advertising service
3. Engage with globally spread regional teams to understand business and product opportunities to influence product discovery and the roadmap
4. Collaborate within a cross-functional team dedicated team comprised of commercial performance managers, data scientists and analysts, UX researchers, designers and engineers
5. Conduct user research by interviewing our advertisers to find and prioritize our advertiser needs and problems
6. As a global leader, act as a thought leader and subject matter expert across the company
Qualifications
7. Between 8 to 10+ years of professional experience within the product management/development space, ideally in Internet, e-commerce, and ad-tech companies with a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team of product managers/strategists
8. 5+ years of relevant AdTech domain experience, building out commercially viable product portfolios as well as experience owning product strategies and roadmaps.
9. Proven track record of driving ad spend growth by improving measurement, attribution, and optimization strategies.
10. Strong understanding of auction dynamics, pricing models (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS), and advertiser LTV modeling. Deep expertise in ad measurement methodologies, including MTA, MMM, lift studies, and brand impact analysis.
11. Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen; ability to think and explain product initiatives through data and steer decision-making. Experience working with data science, machine learning, and experimentation frameworks
12. Strong ability to communicate in English, listen, negotiate, and compromise to reach effective solutions with different stakeholders in a complex organizational environment.
