You’ll create impact by You contribute to our digitalization initiative by designing and implementing automated processes You implement, enhance, and standardize FX management processes and tools across regions You assist in the re-development, extension and implementation of our global inhouse Fx Risk Management Application Currima In your role, you collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure project objectives are met You help us prepare and manage PMO activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress in line with the PMSiemens project management methodology Additionally, you conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making You prepare project documentation and reports in line with PMSiemens standards Moreover, you contribute to process improvement initiatives You support us in driving digitization and automation of Treasury Risk Management processes, collaborating on projects with cross-functional teams This is how you'll win us over You are currently studying Finance, IT, Business Engineering, or a related field and can be available to us on a long-term basis You have a strong interest in project management, software development, and business engineering in the treasury context of Fx management You possess basic knowledge of project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle Initial experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and familiarity with software development frameworks (e.g., Agile) are advantageous Ideally, you already have knowledge in business process modeling and analysis You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities Your intercultural sensitivity and ability to work collaboratively across functions in a dynamic environment, along with a growth mindset, distinguish you You work independently and in an organized manner You communicate confidently in both German and English You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
