How can you make an impact?
You will:
* Conducting analysis and evaluating HR data to support strategic decision-making and strategically consult HRD and business heads in all people-related affairs for Allianz SE Holding
* Development and implementation of HR strategies to increase efficiency and productivity and to drive cultural change and organizational transformation
* Work in close cooperation with the P&C team on relevant strategic projects as partner and interface between HRD, the business and key stakeholders (e.g. works council)
* Consult and support HRD and top leadership teams throughout the employee lifecycle in all strategic and operational topics and prepare documents for Allianz top management
* Develop innovative concepts, processes, and products by leveraging the latest technologies and data analysis to identify trends; support in developing and implementing change management processes
* Optimize the employment experience and career of the employees with our cross-functional team (Operations, Recruiting, Engagement, Development etc.), accompany employee and business surveys
* Support the creation of new concepts for internal P&C communication and intranet content
* Carry out market analysis, create evaluations and derive recommendations that shape and development Allianz as attractive employer and the respective market presence
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications:
* Excellent academic record, preferably with a degree in economics, management, business administration, psychology or an equivalent educational background
* At least 10 years' professional experience (ideally in the insurance and/or financial business)
* Strong business background in operational roles with international experience to represent business views
* Experience of HR core areas of expertise and in works council relations desirable
* Experience in interacting with top management at eye level
* Experience in digital transformation or innovation desirable
* Exceptional strategic, innovative, and conceptual capabilities
* Proven skills, experience and knowledge of AI related topics
* Proven skills in effective governance and KPI steering within a large, complex organization
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis to form decisions
* Ability to continuously optimize and innovate concepts and products leveraging AI technologies
* Highly motivated, dynamic, and self-steering with a willingness to take on and own new challenges
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
* Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus

* Decisiveness and assertiveness combined with political savvy, always seeking business solutions and compromise where necessary
* Ability to network and build strong relationships both within HR and with the business
* Strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality and an operational, execution-oriented way of working
* Flexible, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* High level of discretion and sensitivity to deal appropriately with sensitive, confidential matters
* Good understanding of Allianz Group's strategy, business needs and culture
* Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint and Excel
