1. Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team as well as monitor sales targets, projects, and opportunities to ensure high performance and professional development
2. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion
3. Sales Forecasting: Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to accurately predict revenue, monitor performance, and prepare and deliver detailed short-term and long-term budgets and forecasts
4. Market Execution: Execute the market strategy in accordance with the regional business line manager and head of sales, translating the strategy into defined sales actions to continuously increase market share
5. Marketing Initiatives: Execute marketing activities in cooperation with the regions, including a marketing communication plan
6. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders and support in key negotiations with customers
7. Cross-divisional Cooperation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
8. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and assess competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments, analyze these factors to identify opportunities and risks, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
9. Representation: Represent ELANTAS at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads
10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulations
