We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and help drive the development of our YouGov Shopper Intelligence data product offering. This role requires a strong background in product management, a keen understanding of consumer data analytics, and excellent project management skills. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, develop features, and enhance the overall user experience.
You Will:
* Develop and execute the product roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
* Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development from concept to launch.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
* Demonstrated experience in product discovery, including conducting user research, performing market analysis, generating and refining product ideas, prototyping, and facilitating testing and validation processes to ensure the development of user-driven products.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, transforming them into actionable user stories.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
* Analyze user feedback and product performance data to inform ongoing enhancements and optimize the user experience.
* Communicate product vision, updates, and outcomes to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
You Have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in shopper data or analytics.
* Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
* Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Passion for understanding shopper behavior in the FMCG sector and leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English and German for effective business communication.
