Unpaid Internship, remote (3 months)
ChargeHolidays is a social startup founded in 2021 with a mission to make sustainable travel convenient and enjoyable. We offer innovative trip planning tools that allow travelers to explore the world with a clear conscience, and we help accommodations communicate their sustainability practices transparently. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven intern to join our team and help us expand our outreach and networking efforts.
Tasks
* Develop and maintain relationships with various industry stakeholders.
* Reach out to potential customer groups such as performing artists and small to medium-sized businesses.
* Collect and analyze feedback from potential customers about our products and initiatives, including our sustainable travel app, the Native Narrative blog, and the Sustainable Travel Detective Club.
* Assist in preparing pitches and additional material for stakeholders.
* Learn how to adapt messages to different audiences and evaluate achievements strategically.
* Contribute to our blog by proofreading texts and implementing them into WordPress, utilizing tools like Divi Builder.
* Research and contact responsible individuals within organizations regarding travel organization.
* Connect with sustainability managers to understand their needs and how to address them.
* Gain insights into the hospitality industry by reaching out to hotel managers and sustainability officers.
Requirements
* Interest in sustainable travel and eco-friendly practices.
* Strong research and relationship management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with or willingness to learn WordPress and Divi Builder.
* Ability to adapt messages for different audiences.
* Strong analytical skills for evaluating feedback and progress.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
