As an HR Assistant at FE fundinfo, you'll support the local HR team in administrative HR issues and take responsibility for office management, creating a sense of well-being and a welcoming atmosphere for the local team.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with managers, providing them with the tools they need to support their teams. You'll be part of a dynamic environment where you can leverage your HR and office management skills to enhance employee experiences and drive operational efficiencies.
This role offers part-time hours, allowing you to work between 28 and 32 hours per week, spread across 5 days.
Your key responsibilities as an HR Assistant will include:
* Supporting the HR life cycle from on- to off-boarding, including employment contracts, references, and certificates.
* Overseeing the HR Team Inbox and being a point of contact for HR-related requests.
* Maintaining data in our HR Information System and supporting payroll instructions and controls up to validation.
* Supporting the HR Business Partner and HR Manager with various administrative tasks and HR projects.
* Ensuring a smooth experience for employees and clients visiting the office, including managing office supplies, meeting rooms, and catering.
* Overseeing the OM Team Inbox and being a point of contact for daily OM-related requests.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Assistant:
* You must have experience in HR or a similar administrative role.
* You will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You need proficiency in office software and applications.
* You must have problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* You must be proficient in German and English.
