YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT The mission of the Marketing Operations Manager is to build scalable, data-driven marketing systems that improve lead quality, enable performance-driven campaigns, and power plancraft’s international growth through automation, attribution, and analytics. Key Objectives Optimize and scale the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, GA, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to ensure seamless and efficient operations. Develop and implement a robust attribution model that supports budget optimization across paid and organic channels. Enhance lead quality and conversion rates by improving scoring, segmentation, and qualification workflows. Enable accurate and timely reporting of marketing KPIs, CAC, ROI, and funnel performance. Support international growth by preparing operational infrastructure for market localization and scalability. KPIs & Success Metrics Attribution Accuracy: A working attribution model is implemented and used in campaign planning. Marketing Funnel Efficiency: MQL → SQL conversion rate increases by X% within X months. Data Accuracy & Dashboard Adoption: Internal stakeholders rely on a single dashboard for marketing performance with >90% satisfaction. Automation Coverage: X% reduction in manual marketing workflows via automation. Expectations for the first 90 days A full audit of the marketing tech stack has been conducted with recommendations delivered. The first attribution setup is piloted or live. Reporting dashboards for core KPIs (CAC, LTV, MQL, SQL, ROI) are implemented. Marketing automation workflows (e.g., email sequences, lead nurturing) are optimized to reduce manual work. Responsibilities Marketing Tech Stack Ownership: Audit, manage, and scale HubSpot, analytics, and ad platforms. Marketing Automation: Implement and maintain workflows for email, lifecycle stages, lead nurturing. Attribution Modeling: Develop and optimize a attribution model to improve ROI tracking. Campaign Reporting & Dashboards: Build self-serve dashboards for leadership and campaign owners. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Sales Ops and RevOps to ensure full-funnel visibility. Salary: The salary for this position is between €50,000 and €65,000 per year, depending on your experience. YOUR PROFILE Must-Have-Skills: At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment. Strong understanding of marketing automation, attribution models, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot). Experience building dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, GA) and working with performance KPIs. Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn). Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a deep understanding of campaign optimization and ROI analysis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are willing to come to our office in Hamburg regularly LI-Hybrid Nice-to-Have: Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with PLG or inbound marketing models.
