We are looking for a commercial co-founder to join one of our preseed startups working on combating the ever-increasing labor shortage of blue-collared workers. The EU faces a severe shortage of skilled blue-collar workers, making it difficult for industries to maintain productivity and efficiency. Key challenges include knowledge loss as experienced workers retire, slow and inconsistent onboarding of new employees, and skill gaps that limit performance. Workers often lack real-time support when troubleshooting issues, and language barriers further restrict access to critical knowledge.
We envision a solution where video and AI seamlessly support frontline operations, offering real-time guidance and hands-free troubleshooting. Workers get instant access to relevant knowledge, improving efficiency and reducing downtime. By making expertise more accessible, this approach helps bridge skill gaps and drive continuous improvement.
YOU'LL BE THE PERFECT MATCH IF
* You have an impressive track record and years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
* You have an entrepreneurial spirit and bring an excellent leadership mindset.
* You are driven. Nothing slows you down once or discourages you from picking yourself up after facing a challenge.
* You have an extensive network in logistics, manufacturing or related industries.
* You have a proven ability to generate leads, build sales pipelines, and close SaaS deals
* You want to be part of building something special - together with us.
* First funding experience is a plus.
* You are native-fluent in German
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
* Engage with your role as co-founder and build the company on its way from zero to one.
* Build and lead Sales, including customer acquisition, business model refinement, marketing, and pricing strategy design.
* Drive outbound sales efforts, secure letters of intent (LOIs), and validate the business model through early customer traction.
* Be part of our success story and support us in implementing structures and processes and hiring an all-star team!
* Negotiate and close deals, ensuring strong long-term partnerships with customers.
