Join our strong HR Compensation & Benefits team as of the next possible date (16 – 20 hours per week).
JOB DESCRIPTION
/ You will provide general support in all regular activities across the sub-teams Compensation & Benefits, Principles, Grading, Controlling, Data Protection and Compliance
/ You will create data analysis, presentations, decision-making documents, and high-impact communication materials
/ You will be involved in the project management of international HR projects, such as remuneration and bonus projects for management and streamlining processes
/ You will have the opportunity to use your creativity to implement and host team workshops driving a positive change
/ You will support the implementation of various modules in SAP SuccessFactors and get to know the system landscape
YOUR SKILLS
/ You are in an advanced stage of your studies of business administration, social science law, human resources management or related and have already gained experience in HR or project management
/ You feel comfortable using MS Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
/ You are highly motivated, interested in pursuing a Human Resources career
/ You have good communication skills and creativity; you are a team player and work independently and precise
/ You speak fluently German and English
