Your daily tasks will include
️ developing and implementing a customized sales strategy to acquire new customers in the public sector
️ taking ownership of a group of customers within your region to develop existing business
️ building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers in authorities and public institutions
️ identifying and analyzing customer needs and goals to increase opportunities through a customer-focused value proposition
️ utilizing up-selling and cross-selling techniques to promote our complete service portfolio and tailor offerings to customers' needs
️ identifying necessary actions to improve the acquisition chances and overall appeal of opportunities
️ staying up-to-date with the latest technological trends to anticipate early market entry opportunities
️ collaborating with marketing to create success stories and a targeted market approach
The following will make you succeed in this role
️ at least 5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in IT or services for the public sector
️ ability to understand the customer's challenges and problems to present a solution in your sales story that adds value
️ experience in selling and consulting complex IT solutions that require detailed explanations
️ established and proven success in developing trustworthy, long-term customer relationships
️ persuasive personality and excellent communication and negotiation skills to win over people
️ experience with complex pursuit processes, proposal development, and presentations that win new business
️ fluency in both German and English and ability to work with teams from different national and international locations
