Our client, a market leader in screening machines and screen media, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to spearhead their commercial strategy and expand their market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive business growth and market share within the mining and industrial sectors.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
* Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met with innovative and effective screening solutions.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to drive sales initiatives and product positioning.
* Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and oversee pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Key Requirements:
* Proven track record in senior sales leadership, preferably within screening equipment, screen media, or related processing products.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales strategy and business development initiatives.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in managing and growing sales teams to deliver outstanding results.
* Deep understanding of mining, aggregates, and industrial processing industries.
* Ability to travel as required to engage with clients and industry stakeholders.
