Summary
For the "Logistics & Goods Incoming Inspection" department, we are looking for a "Quality Inspector in Incoming Goods (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The team is responsible for incoming goods, on-time picking of production and customer orders and outgoing goods.
Your Tasks
1. Processing incoming goods inspection lots in accordance with the inspection plans
2. Preparation and execution of quality control
3. Documentation of inspection results and preparation of quality reports
4. Creation and control of verification documentation
5. Supervision of the defect management process
6. Processing customer deliveries (spare parts) as part of the PQ / ZtQ acceptance process
7. Participation in the optimization of test processes and procedures
8. Collaboration on Q-tables (Q2 / Q3 reports)
9. Assisting with internal and external audits
10. Carrying out training for employees in incoming goods with regard to quality standards and quality procedures
Your Profile
11. Technical vocational training with further training as a quality specialist
12. Several years of professional experience in industrial production in a quality environment
13. Experience in the application of problem-solving methods
14. Experience in SAP/R3 (MM, PP, QM)
15. Good knowledge of optics, electronics and mechanics advantageous
16. Confident handling of MS Office
17. Independent and systematic way of working and a high degree of initiative
18. Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to reach consensus
19. Very good knowledge of German and English
