Driving the global roll-out of the SAP Procurement Solution and ensuring smooth operations within SRE SCM. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, optimize processes, and document process designs. Conducting data-driven analyses to support strategic decisions and improve procurement efficiency. Ensuring compliance and continuous improvement through process audits and stakeholder feedback. Gather and prepare internal and external information and provide it to the community to stay and keep others informed. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance processes This is how you'll win us over Education: A Master's degree in Civil engineering, Industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Experience & Skills: Serveral years of experience in operational and strategic procurement inclusive risk management, supplier (pre) selection, tendering and awarding Knowledge of P2P/P2R end-to-end value flow and dependencies between procurement and commercial processes. Familiarity with process design methodologies and optimization strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ways of working: Ability to challenge existing processes and drive change effectively. Organizational and time management abilities with a structured, detail-oriented mindset. High willingness to learn and stay updated on advancements in procurement and SAP technologies.
