Grow Your Career with NTT DATA The Senior Manager, Global Indirect Channels is responsible for the Global IP Network (GIN) organization’s go-to-market and revenue growth strategy & execution globally through the internal NTT Data, Inc.’s Region teams, external channel partners and strategic partnerships. Reporting to the VP of Account & Channel Management, the Sr. Manager, Global Indirect Channels will build and manage a team of Indirect Channel Managers (ICM) focused on maximizing the sale of GIN services by the Region teams and other indirect channels, and the execution of programs to expand the partnership network and its impact. In addition, while his/her primary focus will be the NTT Data, Inc. RSE teams, the Sr. Manager, Global Indirect Channels will also identify and implement new potential partnership opportunities globally that will provide additional revenue streams for the GIN organization. This role will require leading cross-functional team projects relating to Region sales teams and GIN interaction, with departments such as Sales Ops/OMT, Product Management, GIN Finance, Engineering, as well as at the NTT Data, Inc.’s group level with stakeholders across various organizations. What you'll be doing Key Roles and Responsibilities Leadership and management of globally distributed team of Indirect Channel Team including hiring, mentoring, and performance management Responsible for carrying a team level New Incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (NIMRR) bookings quota, as well as having the team achieve underlying activity and funnel benchmarks as assigned Drive incremental revenue growth through the Region Sales teams, outside channel partners and other viable partnerships for GIN Establish and evolve the GIN training & certification program and collateral, etc. for the RSE teams Develop an overall GIN Global Partnership ecosystem focused on driving revenue growth through internal and external sales channels Provide guidance to his/her regional GIN team while focusing on revenue growth throughout the Partnerships ecosystem Interact with Region Sales leaders and NTT Data, Inc. leadership regarding performance, day-to-day sales activities and forward-looking initiatives Develop a regular cadence with internal and external partners to monitor and support sales effectiveness for GIN services Track and analyze performance of the programs and provide timely reports to GIN senior management Identify new partnership opportunities and create action plans supporting new initiatives Work with the GIN marketing team to utilize full marketing toolkit (co-marketing campaigns, webinars and other resource allocation) targeted to enhance GIN’s Partnership ability to sell services to customers Moderate to heavy travel globally for partner engagement, industry events and internal NTT Meetings Knowledge, Skills and Attributes The ideal candidate will have extensive global market development experience in the Telecom and/or IP industries, building out new revenue channels and identifying greenfield opportunities within the partnership ecosystem Sales management and partnership development experience preferred Ability to balance the fast-changing environment of a new growth initiative and the structure of a large corporation Must be a team player who is goal-oriented with an aptitude and desire to build a high-performing dispersed team This individual must demonstrate an ability to accomplish objectives in a complex and cross-functional environment while solving challenging business problems, working in concert with others Strong capabilities in building and executing partner strategies globally and regionally, creating and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance and being accountable for results to executive management Strong leadership and influencing skills: the ability to obtain results in an organization that he/she does not directly control Strong presentation skills and public speaking abilities in front of small and large audiences at all levels of an organization (associate, management, C-Level) and environments (internal meetings, customer functions, industry events, etc.) Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field 3 year of business development and/or Partnership experience developing new market opportunities and revenue channels globally 10 years of experience within the Telecom and/or IP industries 10 years of experience working with geographically distributed teams worldwide Workplace type: Hybrid Working Equal Opportunity Employer NTT DATA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
