THE POSITION
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance department as an Assistant Financial Controller (AFC) for our properties in Germany. As the AFC, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our hotel group. You will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
You'll manage monthly, quarterly & yearly closing and reporting of hotel entities in this region (balance sheet, P&L, Cash flow and CapEx) as part of our growing finance team.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
* Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
