Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Operations at the location Fuhlsbüttel you act as Business Process Manager Supply Chain (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
6. Supporting ongoing Satair Projects and Initiatives affecting the Satair Management Systems and Surveillance activities, e.g. the current Material Management Industrialisation Platform (MMIP)
7. Actively managing the development and deployment of business processes and requirements that affect the organization
8. Supporting activities related to the Satair Company Management System Documentation
9. Contribute to internal reporting, including the development and maintenance of performance dashboards to provide clear visibility into results and compliance status
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methodologies, tools, and processes
11. Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of the Company Management System across all global sites, ensuring consistent application and adherence
12. Process Documentation and Collaboration
13. Contribute to the development and formal documentation of business processes within key company repositories, such as the AIRBUS Business Management System (BMS) and the SATAIR Company Management System (CMS)
14. Support relevant Project initiatives for ASOQP, primarily the Material Management Industrialisation Platform MMIP
Your profile:
15. Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain Quality or comparable
16. Work experience in the field of Supply Chain / Logistics, Quality Management and Process Improvement
17. Knowledge in SAP, Google Workspace and Python
18. Basic knowledge in Change Management, Project Management and Process Management
19. Fluent English skills, written and spoken
20. German skills are desirable
