Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Aerostructures you are acting as a Quality Conformance Manager BMS/QMS (m/w/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
The jobholder will work as QCM (Quality Conformance Management) - BMS (Business Management System) / QMS (Quality Management System) Specialist (d/f/m) and will take on one or more BMS roles (Process Owner Management or Business Quality Manager).
Your responsibilities:
6. Support the Process Management Team(s) in defining and improving the process and its key elements, based on operational feedback
7. Contribute to the Process Management Teams (PMT) by actively participating in the meetings and by secure KPI availability
8. Lead/coordinate process deployment in their Operational Area and different programs incl. all necessary activities
9. Collect and analyze Process Issues and Best Practices coming from process operators in the Operational Area and if needed escalate them at PMT level for decision
10. Provide local inputs for Risk identification, Risk mitigation Plan, Process Performance measurements, resource model and process referential documentation
11. Provide feedbacks and change requests to PMT to support continuous improvements
12. Leading of small projects
13. Support the creation of Process Support Documents for different Processes and manage the publication phase
14. Work on the development of the ASA BMS.
15. Report to the process owner (ground test design) and head of the department
Your profile:
16. Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
17. Several years of work experience in manufacturing engineering, process planning, process improvement and quality management
18. Good knowledge in KVP, project management and total quality management
19. Knowledge SQL, Oracle and Google Workspace
20. Fluent German and English skills both spoken and written
21. French is a plus
22. Willingness to travel on business (Once per quarter for 2-3 days within Germany)
