Join us as a Tech Lead Data (m/f/d) for our Service Configuration Intelligence on a shared journey that matters Our Service Configuration Intelligence Team consists of analysts, data scientists and data engineers dedicated to turning complex data into actionable insights. Their mission is to empower decision makers to make fast, reliable, and data-driven decisions that continuously optimize our services and achieve ambitious goals. The team is responsible for creating tools and solutions that are indispensable to steering and monitoring our service: intuitive dashboards, reporting and predictive models. As Tech Lead you will work closely with the other two members of your team lead triangle: the agile coach and product manager and guide the team towards “how” to build their products: you will inspire and mentor this talented, cross-functional team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration. In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you’ll also work hands-on, actively contributing to coding, system architecture, and solving complex technical challenges alongside the team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical leadership and hands-on technical work without taking on disciplinary people management responsibilities. What you will do Act as a hands-on contributor, participating in coding, architecture design, and technical problem-solving alongside the team. Drive best practices through code reviews, technical mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Lead the evolution of critical tools, such as transitioning Dashboards from proof of concept to scalable, market-ready solutions. Work with the product manager to prioritize impactful tasks and ensure the team uses the right technologies for the challenges at hand. Mentor team members to build their skills, increase accountability, and reduce dependencies on single individuals. Sync and collaborate with other teams across the domain and company to align on technical and architectural dependencies. What will help you to fulfill your role Hands-on experience with Python, DBT, and Cube.js. Deep knowledge of software development, cloud architecture (preferably AWS), and data infrastructure, with hands-on experience in delivering scalable solutions. Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with a genuine passion for empowering team members to grow and succeed. Outstanding ability to communicate and collaborate across teams, fostering alignment and shared understanding in cross-functional environments.
