About this position: The HCM Functional Total Rewards Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the total rewards module within an HCM system, including compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. They ensure that the system supports the organization’s total rewards strategy, aligns with policies, and optimizes compensation processes. This role involves collaboration with HR, finance, and technical teams to manage system configuration and reporting for compensation and benefits data.
