Who We’re Looking For SaaS Sales Pro: You have hands-on SaaS sales experience, focused on mid-market and SME clients with quick, direct sales cycles — not long enterprise deals. Startup Ready: You’re proactive, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love the challenge of building and adapting in a startup where things are still taking shape. Proven Closer: With 3-5 years as an AE, you've consistently hit and exceeded your targets. Ideally, AE experience makes up 70% of your career. Self-Starter: You've succeeded in early-stage B2B SaaS startups, especially in manufacturing, and know how to build processes and win with minimal support. Full-Cycle Sales: You generate, manage, and close your own deals — no hand-holding needed. Adaptable: You excel in ever-changing environments and actively shape products and processes as you go.
