Job Description While pursuing your master’s degree, you will join an interdisciplinary team developing cutting-edge technologies for adoptive immunotherapy, with a strong focus on creating novel tools for transcriptional control of CAR T cells. You will apply a wide range of methods from cellular and molecular biology, virology, and immunology, including molecular cloning and plasmid generation, isolation and cultivation of human primary T cells, production of viral vectors, genetic modification of cells, and immunological assays. Following a thorough introduction and on-the-job training you will perform your experiments independently, but also in close collaboration with the team. You will develop your communication skills by preparing detailed presentations and presenting your results effectively during weekly internal meetings.
