Your Responsibilities | Junior corporate Officer – Real Estate – Funds – Corporate – Legal
* Manage the corporate lifecycle of real estate funds, from incorporation to liquidation, in close collaboration with a Senior officer and your manager.
* Handle day-to-day corporate administration for regulated real estate funds.
* Work closely with the Manager, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, and legal documentation.
* Oversee filings with the Luxembourg Business Registers (RCS) and other corporate formalities.
* Assist in transactions such as fund structuring, mergers, and liquidations.
* Ensure proper AML/KYC procedures in collaboration with the compliance team.
Profile and Career Path | Junior corporate Officer – Real Estate – Funds – Corporate – Legal
* At least 1 year of experience in a corporate officer role, either in a service provider or in-house, in Luxembourg. Exposure to real estate funds is a plus, but is not mandatory.
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken); any additional language is an asset.
* A degree in law is a plus, but not a prerequisite. However, good organizational skills are a must.
* You have a bubbly personality and are eager to learn, allowing you to integrate easily in the team and to gain autonomy in time.
