The role We have big plans for Tomorrow. Our vision: Establish sustainable finance at the heart of society. That's a hell of a lot of work – so let's get started. Most banking features are the same everywhere—so design is what truly sets us apart. Great UX is our unfair advantage—because the best way to change the financial system is to throw a better party than those destroying it. As Lead Product Designer (f/m/x), you’ll drive our design vision for fun, engaging, and social banking—pushing the boundaries of money management to create experiences people genuinely enjoy. Your responsibilities will include: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented designers, fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration. Define and execute the Product Design strategy – ensuring a seamless, high-quality, and innovative user experience. Challenge the status quo, drive innovation, and push the boundaries of mobile UX/UI. Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, and Engineering to align design with business strategy and brand vision—ensuring design is a driving force in how we build and evolve our products. Shape our design system, making it scalable and consistent across products. What we're looking for You have led design in a fast-growing start-up and thrive in an innovation-focused environment. A portfolio of high-impact design work on user-facing, mobile-first products, demonstrating innovation, execution, and creativity. You can tell a compelling story, articulating your vision and rallying stakeholders around it. You think strategically and connect design decisions to business impact. You are experienced in collaborating within an agile environment. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You support the idea to create a better future for everyone by using money as a force for good. What we offer It will be fun too, we promise Together with more than 100 like-minded colleagues, you will work every day to win people over to sustainable finance.
