Responsibilities
1. Co-lead and co-planification of the annual commercial process incl. Go To Market, Professional Oral Care & Mass-Market Commercial Meetings
2. Co-lead of the Monthly Discipline Process with a strong focus on Consensus
3. Co-lead for the definition and implementation of investment priorities in channels, customers, category and brand priorities
4. Gross-to-Net Champion in charge of T&C's incl. structure, investment priorities, folding, monitoring, working in close collaboration with the Marketing Pricing Team
5. Co-lead for the planification of the annual negotiation process incl. target setting, investment posture, tracking, overarching negotiation roadmap, contract set-up, meetings etc.
6. Co-lead for the development and maintenance of SOP's for all processes involving the Sales Team
7. Lead for the development and maintenance of the Sales KPI & management reporting system
8. Trainer and first point of contact for all business critical processes involving or led by Customer Development
9. Participation in cross-functional and cross-country projects involving the Sales Team
10. Simplification & Standardization Champion for Customer Development

Requirements:
16. Very strong experience in Customer Development incl. in customer engagement, GtN management and complex negotiations with retailers
17. Experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing with proven proficiency in process management and at utilizing category, shopping, channel and customer marketing fundamentals
18. Experienced in leveraging various forms of data with the aim to provide actionable recommendations
