As the Chief of Staff to the CEO (m/f/d), you will be a highly talented individual serving as a trusted advisor and confidant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Your role will focus on executing strategic initiatives and operational tasks to ensure scalability and efficiency. Working closely with the CEO, you will help achieve twice as much as the CEO could alone, without overlapping with the Executive Assistant's responsibilities such as calendaring.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
2. Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's activities for efficient time management.
3. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
4. Assist in developing and driving business strategies, and align departmental goals with company objectives.
5. Prepare tasks and perform follow-ups on behalf of the CEO to ensure scalability and efficiency.
6. Analyze data and create reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
7. Manage and execute special projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
8. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
9. 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Senior roles at significant, fast-growing startups, Strategy consulting, and Sales or Revenue Operations know-how.
10. Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
11. Structured approach to prioritizing work and time.
12. Proven success in project coordination and reporting.
13. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
14. Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
15. Entrepreneurial mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving.
