This role is responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth business operations, combining reception duties with inventory control and logistics support.To succeed in this role, you should be excited to:Deliver seamless visitor management by welcoming and checking in visitors using our process, verifying identification, and issuing visitor badges or Non-Disclosure Agreements.Enforce building security policies by monitoring access points and issuing color-coded visitor badges and ensuring GDPR compliance through secure handling of physical and electronic data.Manage mail and package distribution by sorting incoming mail, notifying recipients of package arrivals, inspecting shipments for damage or discrepancies, and documenting issues.Handle meeting room reservations by managing room bookings via designated software, ensuring proper setup, refreshments, and visitor accommodations as needed.Set up automatic and efficient warehouse and logistics processes to ensure operations, including receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming goods and materials, coordinating storage and delivery, and documenting defects.Oversee parcel deliveries by coordinating with couriers and ensuring timely distribution, maintaining organization and cleanliness in warehouse spaces.Your QualificationsYou should have proven experience in front office management and/or warehouse logistics, strong organizational and multitasking skills, familiarity with Visitor Management Systems and basic logistics tools, excellent verbal and written communication in both German and English, ability to manage inventory efficiently, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.Our work cultureAt Black Semiconductor, flexibility is key – we ensure work adapts to life, not the other way around.
