Role Description: As a Regional Sales Director (RSD) for MedTech, you will play a key role leading a team of highly visible and motivated Enterprise Account Executives in one our HLS Team. Ideal candidates should possess solid B2B SaaS sales and prior Sales management experience at least 2 3 years. Your Impact: Develop inspire a diverse team of talents who are seen as trusted advisors by our customers Secure drive a high performance culture, starting from recruiting, hiring and training of Account Executives Build strong team unity, internal connections and collaboration across the Salesforce eco system Mentor professionally develop your Account Executives to identify create sales opportunities and to secure a high close rate of their pipeline in a steady and predictable way across each fiscal year Drive pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue generating opportunities within the HLS, Media Comms and Retail vertical (Core Account Executives responsible for sales of the entire product portfolio within their territory) Support your Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and by engaging other corporate resources at any stage of the sales process, as required Be the driving force in shaping our value proposition our Go To Market strategy (GTM) for the HLS in Germany Grow our reach relevance in Germany and to fuel the expansion of our business in the HLS industry Be act as a though leader for the digital and agentic transformations with our HLS accounts in Germany, engage their C Level with meaningful business, value, technology commercial discussions Foster develop our relationships with all the relevant industry partners stakeholders (e.g., System Integrators, Strategy Consulting Companies, Industry Associations) Lead weekly forecast meetings focused on your territory in a predictable exhaustive way Accurately report on sales activities and forecasting to the Area Sales VP Consistently supervise and enhance the sales activities of the team Be an enabler of an inclusive and winning team spirit Required skills: Proven ability to create and inspire impactful diverse teams Track record in building, managing leading sales teams People man
