We are looking for a TMS Specialist for our global DTI team. As an interface to Product Management, Operations and IT, the area DTI (Digital Transformation & Innovation) is responsible for the design and delivery of transformative projects at Hellmann. One of the largest transformative project has been the rollout of a Transport Management System (TMS) into the global Air / Sea organization.

» Key Responsibilities:
1. Validate system set-up requirements
2. Perform system configuration, master data set-up, data migration, testing and support rollouts
3. Ensure the set-up of the new TMS fulfils business needs
4. Perform software quality management
5. Support TMS enhancements, ensure testing and audit compliance together with the business leaders and the project team
6. Coordinate and review business documentation, including changes to business process documentation and training materials
7. Support customer integration projects
8. Set-up and continually improve workflows, develop and optimize the use of TMS features at the company level
9. Support business units in terms of understanding TMS functionalities
» Key Skills and Requirements:
10. Understanding of the global freight forwarding industry, especially of Seafreight and/or Airfreight
11. Experience with TMS set-up/configuration in Cargo Wise One
12. Profound knowledge and experience in requirements engineering for software solutions
13. Experience in software testing
14. Experience in dealing with MS-SQL is a plus
15. Strong analytical and intuitive investigative skills
16. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
17. Experience working in a team environment across different cultures on a regional or global level
