Responsibilities:
1. Deliver detailed financial reports to management monthly and quarterly, ensuring compliance in external manufacturing contracts, fostering key relationships, and supporting annual audits.
2. Coordinate the forecasting and planning for Global External Manufacturing, encompassing long-range plans, annual business plans, and forecasts; present financial plans to supply chain and financial management, oversee product costing and pricing assumptions, and collaborate with management on financial budgets, targets, and operational plans.
3. Collaborate with supply chain, Elanco, and external manufacturing partners on strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis and support for business development, contract negotiations, and strategic facilities planning; influence key decisions and advocate for product and contract manufacturer rationalization aligned with gross margin strategies.
4. Lead financial projects and analyses, including business development, product cost analysis, and integration of new sourcing arrangements into Elanco infrastructure.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
5. Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
6. Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial roles supporting business partners
