As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a talented Senior Partner Manager to spearhead the engagement and success of our key accounts across Europe. As the Senior Partner Manager, you will lead the engagement and scaling efforts within our Global Systems Integrators (GSI) network. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers and partners, particularly within segments such as advisory firms, Big4 consultancies, and GSIs, are fully equipped to thrive using our products. Key Responsibilities - Take full ownership of relationship management with key segments such as advisory firms, Big4 consultancies, and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), ensuring strong, productive engagements. - Oversee the DeepOpinion Academy, enhancing onboarding processes and educational materials for GSI partners. - Develop and conduct instructional videos and live training sessions tailored to the needs of GSIs, promoting product fluency and engagement. - Manage and support a specific group within the GSI ecosystem, serving as the primary point of contact. - Provide GSIs with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively leverage our products for their clients’ success. - Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align on updates, integrate customer feedback, and drive enhancements.
