Your role What you'll be doing Corpay^ is currently looking to hire an Office Administrator (Mini-Job) within the Facilities Management division. This position falls under our Fleetcor Deutschland GmbH line of business based in Nuremberg, Germany. This is a permanent role working part-time hours (9 hours over 2 days per week). This role is based on site at the Nuremberg office. Key Accountabilities: Managing and maintaining a sufficient level of office supplies. Including consumables, products, and stationery. Ensuring the property, with specific reference to communal areas, are kept clean/tidy. Liaising with suppliers, processing invoices/payments and managing office expenses Meet/greet external visitors, signing them into the site and issuing/managing temporary security key fobs. Prepare meeting rooms in advance of all external visitor appointments. Coordinate orders for catering requirements and distribute to meetings. Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers to administer required works. Managing and scheduling annual reviews, as part of legal requirements Assist with the management and implementation of fire and first aid procedures and policies.
