Role Overview The Clinical Training Manager is responsible to develop and execute training/education programs for field -based, customer- facing employees. This person will manage the learning objectives, curriculum and training content for the SWAV coronary product lines in coordination with business strategies. This role will partner with M arketing and S ales leadership to create/revise and execute new hire and ongoing training programs. Our commercial team has grown rapidly over the past few years to support the adoption of IVL (Intravascular Lithotripsy). The Clinical Training Manager will have a tremendous opportunity to enhance existing and develop new courses, delivering a comprehensive learning curriculum and training program for an industry leading sales force. Essential Job Functions D eliver product, disease state and clinical skills-based training programs to the field sales organization in alignment with goals and strategies. Execute in-person, virtual, and/or hybrid product training programs for new hires and tenured employees. Develop and/or collaborate with product marketing team to create, launch, and evaluate effectiveness of training content for field sales force on an ongoing basis. Drive the development of training content, ensure content is continually up to date and manage/administer the various platforms used for training delivery. Compile and provide trainee completion reporting to sales leadership. Play the central role in ensuring completion and competency. Consult and support the globalization of training programs to support the international teams. Establish and develop key internal and external relationships, including cross functional teams, field teams and thought leaders. Monitor the effectiveness of product and procedural training modules; collect and compile feedback and incorporate conclusions from analysis into design and implementation of new/modified programs. Collaborate and partner with sales and marketing teams and leadership to continually identify new trends and training needs. Manage project timelines and vendor relationships, as needed, to develop training content. Onboard, mentor and develop the field sales training team in order to delivery consistent training experiences to all hires. Requirements 2 years of experience in education, training, sales, or marketing in the med-tech space. Previous cardiovascular domain experience highly preferred, ideally in coronary interventional medicine. Experience with c urriculum d evelopment and a dult l earning t heory preferred. Experience in prior field sales roles is preferred. Experience administrati ng / manag ing learning management systems including develop ment and deliver y of online learning modules is preferred. Experience developing and presenting innovative solutions to meet the business needs. Ability to successfully work cross - functionally and with team members and vendors in the US and International markets. Must be a team player, results-driven and solution - oriented. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, organization, and deadline-driven management skills. Approximately 30 % travel, depending on location of the individual. Fluency in English and at least one other European language is a preferred.
