Your mission Join the Rivada Space Networks Space Segment technical team to drive the procurement of a large Satellite constellation. You are responsible for optical (laser) inter-satellite links within the Satellite Payload team. Covering all engineering aspects of the inter-satellite links, you ensure that the Space Segment provides the required System level functions and performance. This includes: Definition and management of related Space Segment and Satellite Requirements Technical support to the System Level Engineering Team for related topics, such as: Link performance and technical specifications Operations and control Generation and maintenance of Interface Control Document Support to Satellite procurement activities focusing on inter-satellite links, including review of Satellite documentation Definition of inter-satellite link verification approach and system level tests Support to related Satellite technical topics, including Payload System Engineering, RF Performance, Data Handling and Attitude Control Support to definition and execution of in-orbit tests and operations What you bring on the table Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of Space based Laser communication systems. Experience in related System Engineering activities such as requirements and interface management Knowledge of RF and data handling systems Good verbal and written skills.
