About the team:
We are looking for an experienced person in the field of controlling and finance. The key task is to coordinate and control all financial matters and provide high quality advice both to the local management team and the divisional or domain management within the principal duties and responsibilities of finance and controlling in Saarbrücken.
Your tasks as Head of Controlling Plant Saarbrücken (m/f/d):
1. Active steering of the plant in regards of fulfilment of commercial targets on eye level to the Plant manager / General manager for location Saarbrücken
2. Member of the plant management team & strong involvement in the negotiations with the workers council
3. Execute Performance Controlling according to Governance steering concept Div. E
4. Supporting cost analysis and optimization to enable a product-project based controlling
5. Responsibility for Forecast/monthly closing/year end closing
6. Strategic and operative planning of the Saarbrücken plant
7. Master Degree in Controlling and/ or accounting, or other business related field
8. Minimum of 5 years controlling or finance experience, minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team
9. Experience with ERP systems & applications (SAP Fi/Co expertise) / Digitalization tools / Solid PC skills
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear manner in German and English
11. Strong analytical skills
