What you'll do
* As Product Manager for the area of Billing & Collection, you're responsible for the definition and development of products and services in the context of end customer billing and debt collection
* You're both owner and content authority for the programme backlog of features
* You develop and communicate the vision by identifying customer needs and prioritising your backlog accordingly
* You'll work with agile teams to develop required functionality and also ensure that the solutions are successfully deployed to your users
* You'll also work closely with business owners, product owners and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the delivered features solve current problems
* Your job is to evaluate external and internal data to prepare and use it for decision making
* You'll ensure that your solutions are supported and continuously improved to make valuable contributions on an ongoing basis
* You coordinate and support the in-life handover to Operations and centrally manage internal team overviews, for example for BUG monitoring, and ensure the corresponding information capability and status updates
What you'll bring
* You've a university degree or comparable training in an economic field (business administration, business informatics or similar) and knowledge in the area of billing and collection and their financial impact
* You'll bring at least 5-6 years of professional experience in a comparable environment, ideally in an interface function to IT, as well as very good knowledge in project management & process management and design
* You're able to think strategically and independently gather all information in order to develop a strategy and plan
* Your working style is characterised by initiative and a sense of responsibility and you enjoy working with agile teams
* You've always an overview of the goals of our external and internal customers and business stakeholders
* Your empathy enables you to gain insights that allow you to understand problems, define solutions and make decisions
* Your communication and leadership skills will enable you to collaborate and engage with various internal and external stakeholders as well as senior level management.
