Your Mission Tomorro is doubling in size every year and scaling internationally, with Germany set to launch as our next key market in 2025. To drive this expansion, we are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Founding Marketing Manager to take ownership of our go-to-market strategy in Germany. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our local presence, working alongside Lucile (Head of Marketing), Briag (Lead Growth Outbound), and Octave (Demand Generation Manager) to establish and execute a high-impact marketing strategy. You’ll start off in Paris for the first few months to get immersed in Tomorro’s culture and collaborate with the marketing team. After that, you’ll move to our German office to work with the local Sales and CX teams. Your Responsibilities As Field Marketing Manager for Germany, your mission is to drive pipeline growth, accelerate market entry, and build Tomorro’s presence in this key market. This role requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that marketing efforts directly support business growth and revenue impact. Key responsibilities: Develop & execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the German market, working closely with the French marketing team to ensure alignment with global objectives. Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives —including events, content creation, paid advertising (SEA/SMA), and co-marketing—to establish Tomorro’s visibility and drive high-quality pipeline growth to support the sales team. Build Tomorro’s local brand by developing relationships with media, influencers, and key partners, and amplifying customer success stories. Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, ensuring that every initiative is data-driven and contributes to revenue growth. Manage and coordinate external resources (copywriters, ad specialists, etc.), ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success.
