Position Overview:
MCM Worldwide is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claim & Repair Handling Coordinator at the MCM-Warehouse in Schwaig, Germany. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth management of defective returned items, repairs, and spare parts within our warehouse operations. You will work closely with our Claim & Repair team in our Zug Switzerland office to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the overall warehouse workflow.
* Oversee the handling of defective returned items and coordinate the shipping of repairs.
* Track and update the status of ongoing repairs.
* Organize and manage spare parts, ensuring availability when needed.
* Inspect defective items and assess repairs before and after completion.
* Collaborate closely with the Claim & Repair team in the Zug office to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements & Skills:
* Outstanding organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Solid understanding of international logistics processes.
* Keen attention to detail, while maintaining a strong grasp of the overall process.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Adaptability and openness to new tasks and changes in workflow.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with SAP is a plus.
* Proficiency in both English and German is required; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
* Valid work permit in Germany
