The aim of the Finance Analyst is to provide business partnering to the Marketing function, budgeting, analysis and provide insight to drive robust and practical commercial decision making.
Role Responsibilities
1. Business Partner for Marketing Team by providing financial support incl. meaningful analytics and reporting
2. Coordinate budget and forecast of the Brand Investment (BI) incl. gap and ROI analysis
3. First contact for international ad hoc requests in terms of Brand Investment (BI) analysis and commentaries
4. Key contact for our 3rd party distributor business from a financial point of view incl. monthly reporting, ensuring accurate settlement and accounting of A&P invoices.
5. Supporting the 3rd party Marketing Team by providing continuous performance analysis and preparation of QBR meetings.
6. Ad hoc support as required, including supporting third parties with ad hoc requests.
7. Support regional and global IT projects as required
Qualifications
8. 3-4 years of previous work experience as a Finance Business Partner or in similar commercial roles preferred in the consumer goods/FMCG industry
9. University degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related
10. Sound commercial understanding
11. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
12. Proactive approach to problem solving and results orientation
13. Strong time manager, able to prioritize a diverse workload and deadlines
14. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and strong team player
15. Ability to work well in a culturally and functionally diverse environment
16. MS Office skills (esp. Excel) are a must
17. Fluent in English and German (speak, read, write)
