Summary:
* Oversee project and BU needs, handle daily business issues
* Communicate and negotiate with appropriate int. & ext. stakeholders
* Identify up-selling and cross selling new sales opportunities within existing customers
* Support in advising and overseeing commercial agreements and docs in compliance with business and commercial laws
The Role:
* Manage the orders and the offers daily
* Support the RSD & Area Sales Managers
* Support in resolving commercial problems
* Provide technical and commercial support to existing customers
* Read and analyse technical and commercial tender documentation
* Prepare technical and commercial offer documentation
* Ensure that the financial aspects are clear to all parties
* Ensure that all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations
* Send technical documentation & drawings for approvals
* Identify all the relevant technical issues to insure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
Requirements:
* Mechanical or Electrical knowledge required (Techniker or Bachelor)
* Relevant experience in a similar position
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Salesforce. Navision
* Fluent in English and German (mandatory - written and spoken)
* Strong experience in sales and negotiations
* Customer service orientation
* Project management
* Sound technical knowledge of core products
