If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
* Ensure continuous improvement of our packaging related data globally at Autoliv to support Autoliv’s ambition to further optimize packaging from a sustainability and cost perspective, supporting our ambitions in sustainability (e.g. circularity), digitalization and logistics excellence.
* Develop and implement a strategy on improving and sustaining packaging data quality including collaborating closely with IT to define and identify software solutions/adjustments to enhance and sustain packaging data accuracy.
* Steer and track regional activities in packaging data collection, improving data accuracy, completeness and reliability, setting up structures to sustain data quality.
* Prepare and analyze data to derive optimization potential (e.g. cost & greenhouse gas emissions) and to fulfil regulatory requirements.
* Lead our global packaging experts’ forum to drive innovation, process improvements and sharing best practices in packaging.
* Lead the circular packaging initiative at Autoliv globally.
and if you have/are:
* Profound project management skills and experience, preferable with global and/or cross-functional projects.
* Proficiency in packaging materials and design incl. knowledge in CAD.
* Proficiency in data analytics incl. knowledge of data transformation and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
* Fluency in English
* 3 to 5 years of experience in Packaging Engineering (preferable having a packaging engineering degree)
* Self-driven, highly collaborative, interested in cross-cultural collaboration and sustainability
