We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team with a focus on optimizing transportation processes, in collaboration with distribution and order management teams. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving the transportation workflow, ensuring that orders are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of efficiency. You will work closely with distribution and order management teams, managing cross-functional communications to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement best practices that enhance operational performance. Your goal will be to drive improvements across transportation logistics, reduce costs, and provide an exceptional experience for both internal and external customers, ensuring smooth and reliable service at every step. About the Job Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day outbound transportation-related inquiries and issues. Resolve transportation-related issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies in a timely manner. Facilitate clear and effective communication between transportation, distribution, and order management teams. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on transportation status and any potential issues. Maintain relationships with internal and external customers to ensure exceptional service. Manage cross-functional communications to ensure smooth coordination between teams. Identify and address bottlenecks in the transportation workflow to streamline operations. Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of orders, maintaining high standards of service. Collaborate with distribution and order management teams to optimize transportation processes. Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to identify areas for improvement. Support continuous improvement initiatives in transportation logistics to enhance overall performance. Support in distribution and transportation related projects. You will report to the Director, Transportation. About You Logistics focused degree preferred. Previous experience in logistics. Wholesale or carrier facing preferred. Business level English both written and spoken. German a perk. Basic knowledge of SAP and WMS. Candidate is expected to be a self-starter but will work within a team. Understanding of end-to-end logistics processes. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills. Ability to work in an international environment with a clear understanding of cultural differences. Ability to work on site for at least 3 days per week.
