» Your responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and programs
2. Support in developing and implementing processes for compliance with the LkSG (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtgesetz)
3. Monitor and analyze ESG-related performance indicators
4. Maintain and enhance data management systems for sustainability data
5. Perform detailed analyses and generate reports to assess sustainability performance
6. Assist in the preparation of reports in the area of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), following international standards and guidelines
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for data collection and verification
8. Conduct risk assessments and evaluations regarding human rights and environmental standards in the supply chain
» Your key skills:
9. Completed university studies, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or sustainability management
10. Ideally, experience in sustainability reporting, at best according to CSRD or GRI
11. Communicative personality, high degree of initiative and independence
12. Confident use of common office applications
13. Highly motivated and enthusiastic about sustainability topics
14. Basic knowledge of integrated management systems
15. Very good written and spoken English
